THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
As per Office report dated 9th January, 2023 pre deposit has not been made.
Order dated 9th September, 2022 regarding making 35% of the amount due within a period of four weeks as pre deposit has not been complied with.
There was specific order that if the amount is not deposited, the appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable. Since pre deposit is not made, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable.
