Smt. Meena Mishra, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present. Ld. Counsel for the appellant already submitted a demand draft towards 25% pre-deposit.
Ld. Counsel also submits a waiver application (I.A. NO. 883/2023) and prays that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the present application and waived the appellants to deposit requisite 25% of the amount if any during the pendency of appeal. All defects have been reconciled.
