The Appellant has filed an application for waiver of deposit which is under defect. The Appellant is directed to cure the defects expeditiously.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent request that the interim order may not be continued. Since the defects have not been cured and the application has not been taken on file, the interim order shall continue till the next date of hearing.
Physical possession of the property which has been sold shall not be handed over to the auction purchaser till the next hearing.
Post on 31.05.2023 for hearing.
