The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe filed by the Appellant seeking urgent relief. This is an application for waiver of deposit filed u/s. 18 (1) of the Securitisation & Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Security Interest Act, 2002 (‘SARFAESI Act’, for short) challenging the impugned interim order of the Ld. Presiding Officer dated 26.12.2022 in Securitization Application (S.A.) No. 261/2022 on the files of the Debts Recovery Tribunal.-III, Mumbai(D.R.T.).
