The instant Appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against final order dated 12.01.2023 passed by DRT, Dehradun in M.A. No. 21/2021. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 197/2023), Delay Condonation Application (I.A. No. 146/2023) have also been filed.
Defects have been reconciled. With regard to the deficiency of court fee of Rs. 29,750/- Ld. Counsel has desired to argue the matter before the Hon’ble Court.
