The matter is taken up for hearing by way of praecipe filed by the Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
I .A. No. 665/2022 is an application for the substitution of the Respondent Allahabad Bank with the Indian Bank into which it has merged.
The application for amendment is not opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondent. Since it is only a formal application and hence it is allowed.
Amendment to the Restoration Application M.A. No. 61/2022 shall be carried out within two weeks.
Post on 03.01.2023 before the Registrar for reporting the carrying out of amendment.
