Manoj Kumar Pandey & Anr. Vs. Bank of Baroda & Ors.
An urgency application being I.A. No. 652/2023 and application for release of amount have been filed by the applicant, stating that vide order dated 12.04.2016, he had deposited Rs. 10.50 lacs towards pre-deposit before this Tribunal. The applicant has drawn attention of this court to the order dated 10.07.2023 passed by the Hon’ble High Court in Writ-C No. 42913/2016, whereby the Hon’ble Court had allowed the writ petition with direction to deposit entire dues of the Bank within two months. Copy of the said order is also annexed with the urgency application. Therefore, the matter is very urgent, hence, it is prayed that the amount deposited by the applicant towards pre-deposit may be released.
List this case before the Hon’ble Chairperson on 21.08.2023 at DRAT, Delhi.
