Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the present misc. application for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Allahabad to decide the S.A. No. 397/2021 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed off with direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Allahabad for considering and deciding the S.A. No. 397/2021, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
