The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe filed by the Appellant seeking urgent relief. Misc. Appeal No. 45 of 2022 arising from an interlocutory order in S.A. No. 101 of 2022 on the files of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai (D.R.T.) was disposed of with a direction to the D.R.T. to dispose of the S.A. as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of two months. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the S.A. could not be disposed of within the stipulated time and the period was extended by further two months vide order dated 17.01.2023 on M.A. 07 of 2023.

therefore, approached this Tribunal with the present application for another extension of time. The Counsel appearing for both sides agreed to an extension be granted and hence, the application is allowed and the S.A. shall be disposed of within a period of two months from today.
