This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that this matter stands transferred from learned DRT-III, Delhi to learned DRT-I, Delhi, but the matter is not taken up and heard by the learned DRT-I, Delhi. Learned counsel submits that the auction sale of the property in question has been scheduled for 06.02.2023 and, therefore, the learned DRT-I, Delhi be directed to hear and decide the S.A. (TSA No.218/2022) expeditiously.
Heard. The learned DRT-I, Delhi is requested to take up and hear the TSA No.218/2022 on 01.02.2023, and if not possible to take up the matter on the said date, then take it up immediately thereafter, and dispose of the same at the earliest.
The application stands disposed of.
