THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
This is a very old matter of 2014 wherein it was observed in the order dated 28th March, 2023 that Appellant Bank is litigating a luxurious litigation at the cost of the public exchequer. This observation is further fortified by the fact that the Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that compliance of the order dated 28th March, 2023 regarding notice to Respondent No. 2 through publication is not made.
