The Applicant has filed this application for an extension of time to dispose of the Securitization Application (S.A.) No. 24/2023 on the files of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (D.R.T.). It is submitted that the matter is already heard and reserved for orders. In case there is some delay in not pronouncing the order within the time stipulated by this Tribunal extension may be required.
Considering the submission made on either side, the application is allowed and the period for disposal of the S.A. is extended by three weeks more.
