Proxy counsel for respondent FI submits that the main counsel for respondent is unwell. He further states that he will file the latest statement of account showing as to how much amount appellants have paid after the issuance of notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI, before the next date of hearing.
Learned counsel for the appellant states settlement talks are going on with the respondent FI. Let both the parties make an endeavour for settlement, if feasible.
