This is an application filed by the Appellant, the Respondent in Securitisation Application (S.A.) No. 101/2022 on the files of Debts Recovery Tribunal-II (D.R.T.), Mumbai. There was a direction by this Tribunal while disposing of the Appeal on 10.11.2022 to dispose of the S.A. as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of two months. But due to certain unforeseen circumstances, it was not possible to dispose of the S.A. within the time stipulated and therefore, this application is preferred by the appellant for an extension of time to dispose of the S.A.
The office raised objections regarding the non-service of the notice on the Respondent. The Respondent has taken notice now and the learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection to this application being allowed. Hence the Application shall be taken on file and numbered.
