This application is filed seeking transfer of OA 402/2021 from DRT-II, Chennai to DRT-I, Chennai to be tried along with OA 109/2022 on the file of DRT-I, Chennai.
Advocate for R1 represented that in view of recent change in Jurisdiction, DRT-I, Chennai is only taking up OAs where money involved is Rs.100.00 crores and above, therefore, this OA 402/2021 cannot be transferred to DRT-I, Chennai and this application has become infructous.
Considering the same, this Transfer Application viz., MA 35/2022 is dismissed as infructous.
