- i) Durga Prasad Agarwalwho is a party in RA 04 of 2022 in SA no.205 of 2015 in DRT-1 Kolkata is not arrayed as a party to this Misc. Appeal DY.No.713 of 2023 as he has expired during the SARFAESI proceedings.
