THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Heard the Learned Counsel for the Appellant. A perusal of the record shows that in the sale notice dated 18.01.2022 the reserved price was fixed at Rs.5,29,25,400/while in the sale notice dated 05.04.2023 it is reduced to less than half i.e. Rs. 2,16,00,000/-. How the value is decreased to such an extent. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the reserved price was fixed on the basis of report of the valuer. But the report of the valuer on the basis of which reserved price was fixed in January, 2022 is not on record. Appellant should file the report.
