Order pronounced in open court (vide separate Order). Appeal M.A (S.A):22/2022 is disposed of with a direction to DRT to dispose of main SA 636/2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within three months. Till such time, that is, for a period of three months, both parties shall maintain status quo , as on today. Both parties shall bear their own costs. All pending IAs, if any, stand closed.
