Learned counsel for the appellants seeks state that respondents 2 to 9 are proforma parties as no relief has been claimed against them and, therefore, notice to them be dispensed with.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he will file an affidavit stating that Ms. Mala Arora, one of the legal heirs of late Smt. Krishna Rani, has not executed relinquishment deed.
Arguments heard. Order reserved. Till the pronouncement of the order, the bank will not take possession of the property in question.
