As seen from record, this Application is not filed in the prescribed format. Further, as Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. invoked Section 17 (6) of SARFAESI Act, 2002, I deem it appropriate to call for statistics from DRT-II, Ernakulam, as to the cases pending before it relating to Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd., with numbers and years details, and also copies of proceedings sheets of all those cases from the date of numbering, to examine request made under Section 17(6), in this case.
