The reply has been received.
The Ld. Counsel for the parties submits that keeping open all
the contentions issues the matter may be remanded to the D.R.T. for expeditious disposal of the S.A. which is still pending consideration. The S.A. is of the year 2020, and I am told that the pleadings are complete. Hence, the parties are directed to get ready for the hearing of the S.A.
The Appeal is, therefore, disposed of to the direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Mumbai (D.R.T) to dispose of the S.A. No. 97/2020 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within the period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
The interlocutory applications if any shall also be considered prior to disposal of the S.A.
The status quo ordered by this Tribunal shall continue till the disposal of the S.A.
