Advocate for appellant submitted that Appeal MA(SA) 18/2022 is dismissed on 9.11.2022 as withdrawn and appellant is entitled for refund of statutory deposit. Advocate for respondent reported no objection for refund of money.
Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, application is allowed as prayed for and Registry shall refund the deposited amount with accrued interest, if any.
