This is a Misc. Appeal which arises from an interlocutory order passed in S.A. No. 457/2022 on the files of the D.R.T., Nagpur. After having heard the submissions of the Ld. Counsel appearing for both sides that the S.A. itself can be disposed of on merits expeditiously, without entering into the merits of the rival contentions await by the parties, I dispose of the appeal with a direction to the Ld. P.O. D.R.T., Nagpur to disposed of S.A. No. 457/2022 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of two months from the receipt of the copy of this order. The pleadings shall be completed within a period of one month.
Vakalatnama for the Respondent shall be received by the office.
Interim order shall continue till the disposal of the S.A.
