This appeal is filed by the Appellant, State Bank of India challenging the order dated 13.09.2023 passed in the Interim Application (I.A.) No. 2863/2023 in Securitization Application (S.A.) No. 24/2023 on the files of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (D.R.T.). The said I.A. No. 2863/2023 directs a refund of the surplus amount that the Appellant has received in the auction sale. There is also a contempt proceeding pending before the D.R.T. for the bank having not complied with the direction of refund. The Appellant bank is aggrieved and hence, in appeal.
