The auction purchasers in person submit that the stamp papers were issued on 06.07.2022, which is going to expire on 07.07.2023 and if the sale certificate is not registered till the said date, the additional penalty of approximately Rs. 5.00 would be levied upon them. It is further submitted that the respondent no. 1 & 2 are repeatedly taking time for filing reply for delaying the matter because they are enjoying the interim orders granted by this Tribunal as well as granted by the Tribunal below.
As prayed, list this case on 05.07.2023 for hearing. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
