Ld. Counsel for the appellant has submitted Demand Drafts No. 035062 dated 19.12.2022 for Rs. 1,70,000/- and Demand Drafts No. 035067 dated 19.01.2023 for Rs. 55,000/- totaling Rs. 2.25 lacs favouring Registrar DRAT, Allahabad toward pre-deposit of 25% of the outstanding amount of Rs. 8,97,054/- in terms of possession notice dated 27.03.2012 as well as sale notice submitted by the appellants.
Applicant has also moved A Waiver Application being I.A. 668/2022 for waving of remaining 25% of the pre-deposit.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against final order dated 01.09.2022 passed by DRT, Dehradun in Transfered Misc. Application No. 01/2022. Appellant has also filed Waiver Application being I.A. No. 668/2022 and Delay Condonation Application being I.A. No. 669/2022.
