Learned Counsel for appellant, Sh. V. K. Shukla, has filed Urgency Application (I.A. No. 724/2023) on the grounds that next date of hearing fixed before DRT, Jabalpur is 14.09.2023 and if the same is not heard prior to 14.09.2023, the appeal is likely to be infractuous.
In view of the submission made out in the recall application, let the matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court on 13.09.2023 for further orders.
