THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that Appellant intends to file a Revisional Application against the impugned order of pre-deposit. He prayed for some time. Record shows that the order for pre deposit was passed on 07.02.2023. However, Keeping in view the prayer made by the Appellant, time of 17th April, 2023 is granted to the Appellant to make the pre deposit, failing which Appeal shall stand dismissed.
