The Respondent bank has been served but none appeared and the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that the Appellants are facing the threat of being dispossessed from the secured assets on the 31st instant.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants undertakes to deposit a sum of ₹5 lakhs toward the pre-deposit by tomorrow (29.12.2023).
Given that undertaking, the application for waiver of predeposit shall stand posted for hearing and the possession schedule to be taken on 31.12.2023 shall stand deferred till the next date of hearing.
