Vide Waiver Application(I.A. No.1004/2023) Ld. Counsel urged that Rs. 2,00000/- was deposited in Appeal Dy. No. 1378 of 2023 of the same appellant is still lying before this Hon’ble Appellate Tribunal which was disposed of vide order dated 07.11.2023 and the said amount could be adjusted to the present appeal as mandatory pre-deposit.
