Ld. Advocate Mr. SV Ramani appears on behalf of Applicant and submits that the Respondent No. 3 is could not be served either by post or by hand due insufficient address for which substituted service by way of newspaper publication may be allowed.
Service upon Respondents No. 3 be served by way of paper publication to be published in two widely circulated local daily newspapers; one in English and the other in vernacular and file affidavit of service on the next date.
Post the matter on 11/07/2023 for filing affidavit of service of newspaper publication.
