The Appellants have filed a praecipe for an urgent hearing on the apprehension that his residential property would be dispossessed.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondents seeks time to file a reply to this application for the waiver of the deposit. It is also submitted that the possession was not taken on the date on which notice was served on the Appellants and hence, the first Respondent No. 1 is directed to issue two weeks’ clear notice to the Appellants’ counsel before the possession is intended to be taken.
