The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant wants to bring on record the auction purchaser of the property which has been sold and seeks time for that. The sale of two properties is intended to be conducted. The first Respondent is directed to give two weeks' clear notice to the Counsel appearing for the Appellants before the sale is conducted.
