The Respondent No. 1 bank was directed to file a reply within four weeks but it is not filed. The Ld. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 seeks an extension of time on the ground that the copy of the application has not yet been served.
Hence, the Appellant is directed to serve Respondent No. 1 with a copy of the application for waiver of deposit, as also a copy of the appeal memorandum. The time granted to file a reply is extended by four weeks.
