The Appellant is challenging the order I.A. No. 2250/2023 which is an application for Review of the order dated 27.06.2023 which was dismissed by Debts Recovery Tribunal – III, Mumbai (D.R.T).
There was a delay of 2 days in filing this appeal which challenged the order of declining to review the earlier order passed by the DRT.
Considering the explanation given for the delay in the application it is accepted and the delay of 2 days in filing this appeal stands condoned.
