The matter is taken up for hearing by way of praecipe filed by Appellant for seeking urgent relief.

1. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the auction purchaser and also the Respondent Bank were heard at some length. There are certain issues which require time for examination, and the Respondent Bank has not come up with the exact amount that is due from the Appellant as of the date of filing of the appeal so as to determine the amount of mandatory pre-deposit. There is some dispute regarding the amount which is stated in the auction notice and the interest which has accrued which needs to be calculated.
