The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the Appellants for seeking urgent relief.
It is submitted that there is a sum of ₹21.35 lakh lying in deposit in the earlier appeal that was filed by the Appellants as Appeal No. 252/2007 which was already disposed of.
The report may be called from the office regarding the exact amount that is lying in the deposit at present so that the Appellants may be directed to deposit the balance amount that may be required under the provision of section 18 (1) toward the pre-deposit.
