I.A. No. 662/2022 which is an application for an extension of time to carry out the amendment that vide order dated 26.10.2022.
The amendment was directed to be carried out within two weeks but the Appellant could not carry out the amendment within two weeks and hence, this application for an extension of time.
The Ld. Counsel for Respondent has no objection and therefore, the application is allowed and amendment shall be carried out within a week from today.
