the Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank seeks time to file a reply on I.A. No. 629/2023 which is an application for waiver of deposit.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that an application has also been filed for bringing the auction purchaser on record. It is lying in defects, the defects shall be cured and thereafter the said application shall also be posted before the bench for hearing.
