No reply has been filed within three weeks as directed on I.A. 543/2022 which is an application filed by the intervener.
I assume that there is no objection forthcoming and hence, I.A. 543/2022 is allowed and the intervener is directed to be impleaded as an additional Respondent in this appeal in terms of prayer (A). The necessary amendment shall be carried out.
The other reliefs sought shall be determined in the Appeal in accordance with the pleadings taken.
