The Appellant Bank is in appeal impugning the judgment and order in Appeal No. 4/2022 on the files of D.R.T.-II, Ahmedabad, wherein the appeal was partly allowed. The Respondent who is a 3rd party to the proceedings had challenged the order of the Recovery Officer before the Presiding Officer D.R.T is also in appeal and has filed a separate appeal challenging the very same judgment and order. This appeal was filed challenging the order dated 07.03.2022 with a delay of 73 days.
