The Appellants have filed I.A. No. 518/2023 for an extension of time to pay the balance amount of pre-deposit which was to be paid, on or before 28.07.2023 toward the total sum of ₹ 20 lakhs to be paid as pre-deposit into two equal instalments.
The Appellants have so far paid made a payment of ₹ 13 lakhs and making a payment of ₹ 1 lakhs today and there remains the balance of 6 lakhs to be paid and the Appellants seeks time.
In view of the fact that the Appellants have been making earnest attempts to pay the amount which was directed to be paid.
The time granted to the deposit of the amount is extended by three weeks, i.e. on or before 21.08.2023 and there shall be no further extension.
Post on 22.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
