There is a delay of 12 days in filing this appeal. The reasons for the delay are explained in the application stating that there was no prior information regarding the order being ready while it was reserved for orders by the D.R.T., and hence, the delay.

The 1st Respondent has filed a reply today, vehemently opposing the application.

On hearing the rival contentions, I find that there is no reason to decline the condonation of delay, and hence, I. A. No. 516/2023 for condonation of delay is allowed and the delay is condoned.
