There is an error in the order dated 15.02.2022 which directed that the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant to file an affidavit of the Appellant together with the account statement with an advanced copy.
The said direction was erroneously made and therefore, the order dated 15.02.2022 shall stand corrected and the word ‘Appellant’ shall be read as ‘Respondent’ as it is the Respondent who shall be filed an affidavit together with the account statement and give a copy of the same to the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant.
