I.A. No. 134 of 2022 is an application for stay filed by the Appellant Bank which is challenging the impugned order dated 13.01.2021 in Securitisation Application (S.A.) No. 25 of 2007 on the files of the Debts Recovery Tribunal No. I, Ahmedabad (D.R.T.) whereby the S.A. under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (‘SARFAESI Act’, for short) was not only allowed, the possession of the secured asset was directed to be restored to the Applicant therein within 15 days and there was also a direction to pay damages at the rate of ₹2000/- per day for delayed compliance of the order.

Aggrieved, the Appellant Bank filed the appeal challenging the said order.
I.A. No. 37 of 2023 is, therefore, disposed of.
