The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that a sum of ₹ 30,00,000/- in deposit with it has, as per the request of the Appellants been refunded to their account. But a reply has been received by the Respondent to the effect that the said account does not exist anymore, and the money has been returned to the Respondent Bank.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants seeks time to verify this submission, and an application for an extension of time to make a pre-deposit is also filed.
Under the circumstances explained above, the time to deposit is extended by one week to 06.06.2023.
