Ld. Counsel for the appellant has filed one Exemption Application for filing certified copy of the impugned order. It is further submitted that the certified copy of the impugner order shall be filed as an when available to the appellant or as and when directed by the Hon’ble Court and prayed that the case may be placed before the Hon’ble Court in view of the Urgency.
