The Appellants have already deposited a sum of ₹ 60 lakhs towards the payment of pre-deposit, and today the Ld. Counsel is submitting the demand draft of ₹ 10 lakhs more which is also accepted as payment towards the pre-deposit and invested as directed earlier for the period of 13 months in the name of the Registrar, DRAT, Mumbai.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for Respondent Bank undertakes to file an affidavit towards clarifying the allegations made in the rejoinder.
Post on 25.08.2023 for further hearing.
