I.A. No. 240/2023 is an application for amendment of the
cause title pertaining to the Respondent Gruh Housing Finance Ltd. for the reason that the said financial institution has now merged with Bandhan Bank Ltd and hence, the substitution.
Notice has been served on the Respondent and the Respondent has no objection to allowing the application.
The application is therefore allowed and the amendment shall be carried out within two weeks.
Post on 02.06.2023 before Registrar for reporting the carriing out of amendment.
