There is no objection forthcoming and the application is allowed and legal representatives of deceased Defendant No. 2 (b) are impleaded as additional Respondent No. 2 (b) (i) and 2 (b) (iv). The consequential amendment shall be carried out within two weeks.
Post on 01.08.2023 before the Registrar for carrying out amendment.
